Since the early 1900s, the Utah Podiatric Medical Association has served the needs of patients and practicing podiatric physicians in Utah. The UPMA consists of over 100 licensed podiatric physicians who practice in the State of Utah, caring for the medical and surgical foot and ankle needs of our patients.
The “practice of podiatry” is defined by Utah State Law as “the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the human foot and ankle and their manifestations of systemic conditions by all appropriate and lawful means.”
